WE KINDLY ASK THAT YOU KEEP YOUR BILLING ADDRESS AND SHIPPING ADDRESS THE SAME. WE DO NOT SHIP T0 P.O BOXES. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU'RE ENTERING IN THE CORRECT BILLING ADDRESS THAT'S ASSOCIATED WITH YOUR BANK CARD. INCORRECT BILLING ADDRESS WILL CAUSE FAILED PAYMENT TRANSACTION. IF YOU SEE A PENDING TRANSACTION ON YOUR CARD AFTER BEING DECLINED, PLEASE BE PATIENT AS THE MONEY WILL CONVERT BACK TO YOUR ACCOUNT.

1. How long is processing, shipping, and handling?
Hair Processing takes 2-4 Business weeks for your order to be shipped out.
Hair Processing occurs Monday-Friday. (If you ordered on Friday your order will be processed on the next business day which is Monday.) Express Hair Processing Orders are 1 to 2 Business Weeks.
Domestic Express Shipping is 2-3 Business days depending on your location.
Domestic Regular Flat Rate Shipping is 5-7 Business days depending on your location.
International Shipping is 7-10 Business days depending on your location.
All Packages Delivery is with USPS and FedEx. Business days are Monday-Friday
2. When will my tracking number start to update?
After receiving a tracking email, Shipping Activity will become available after 24hrs. Your Tracking Number will come to your email. Please check your spam folder if you don’t see it inside your inbox. If you haven’t received a tracking number after 3 days from placing your orders please contact customer service at 443-790-1154
3. Can I make changes to my order?
Yes you can, but it has to be within 48 hours of your order to avoid going far in processing and expensive to change.
4. May I return my order?
Yes, we are pleased to offer a return policy on unopened hair extensions within SEVEN (7) DAYS of you receiving your order. We find that we have very low return rates and we are proud of the high quality hair extensions that we offer. However, we understand that there may be a case in which you need to return or exchange your order and we are more than happy to accommodate returns and exchanges on hair extensions that have not been opened, worn or tampered with. We are not responsible for any stylist trying to custom color or dye your virgin hair.
You must contact us first before refunding your package at any of out socials or phone number: 443-790-1154. During Business Hours within the seven (7) day return period. All Finesse Bundles Hair Extensions must be shipped back unopened in it's original packaging and the packaging must not be defected in any way or a return will not be issued. Human hair extensions are considered a hygienic product. Therefore, we do not offer returns or exchanges if the Finesse Bundles hair seal on the bundle has been broken!
5. When will I receive my refund?
A full refund, excluding the original shipping cost, will be issued to your original payment method after we have received, inspected and confirmed that the returned hair extensions were not opened and the Finesse Bundles security seal was not broken. Refunds are normally returned back to your bank card within 24-48Hrs after we initiate the refund.
6. May I make an exchange?
Yes, you can make an exchange within SEVEN (7) DAYS. The Finesse Bundles hair Seal MUST NOT be Broken! The hair MUST NOT be unwrapped, Uncombed, Not Brushed, No fingers ran through the hair, worn, or altered in any way for an exchange!! If the hair is altered we will return the hair back to you.
All Sales are final on custom coloring.

You are responsible for all return or exchange shipping costs and we recommend that you send your return with a tracking number because Finesse Bundles will not be responsible for lost returns. We recommend that you use USPS to send your return.
